Ok, this is the episode with the weird dude who gets homeless kids to work for him for all eternity. Anyway, as Buffy is escaping after freeing all the homeless kids from the alternate dimension with the factory, it is obvious that she's wearing a pair of "keds"-like shoes. As she is running from the big demon weird dude, she barely makes it under a gate, escaping, and as she stands up, we can clearly see that she is now wearing what look to be K-Swiss shoes. Don't know how something that obvious got by the director and costuming, but you never know.
