This Slip-Up occurs at the end of the movie, when M.J. performs his rendition of Come Together for the kids. (Thats right, he owns your music now Mr McCartney.) He's wearing an open yellow shirt with a white t-shirt underneath that goes from being ripped just a little bit at the top, to being torn right to his navel and back again at least four times throughout the song.

Also, the song ends twice, and you see him strike the same little tough pose twice.
