When Malcolm has a flash back to the night when he was shot, after he finds out he is really dead. Anna runs over to him and turns him on his side. When she does so I saw that Malcolm's wound from when he was shot was on the right side of his back. but he was shot on the left side. Then when Malcolm is on the stairs he turns round for us to see, and we see clearly the wound is on the left side of his back.
