This slip up is in the episode where an old Jafa friend of Teal'c visits the SGC claiming she can communicate with her Gould. During the meeting between Hammond and a representative of the Tokra, look at the Tokra's Lips. Whoever did her makeup didn't do a very good job of applying her lipstick over her lip liner. She has this huge brown blotch on her upper lip! You can see this in every scene that she is in. It's amazing that none of the actors noticed it!
