Buffy: The Vampire Slayer - Disappearing Necklace
At the very beginning of the episode 2 The Harvest Buffy gets away from the vampire because he touches the cross that Angel gave her. As soon as she gets out of the coffin the necklace is gone. It's also gone while she is running through the cemetery.Then in the next scene it's back.

That doesn't necessarily mean it's gone. Crosses with chains like that tend to swing to and forth when you're moving around a lot, so it could have simply been behind her neck when she was getting out of the coffin, and running as well. She could have simply just re-adjusted it between scenes.
