This is a very bad editing mistake that is easy to pick:

OK...When Bond and Wei Lin are in Carver's new complex in Saigon and Carver is typing up their obituaries, when he is reading what he has wrote so far to them we see a long shot of the Bond and Wei Lin. She is scanning the story quickly with a worried look on her face. The camera immediately cuts to just her face and her expression has changed completely! She is standing the with a normal face! I'm sorry but people's expressions just DON'T change that quick (we're talking a split-second angle change!)
