Raiders of the Lost Ark - Reappearing Luggage Rack
During the scene in which Indy is driving the German military truck, the truck drives through some sort of scaffolding or similar structure, knocking the luggage or cargo rack off the cab of the truck.
In the very next scene, it's back where it was.
The mark of German Engineering?
