Rush Hour 2 - American Embassy? I Think Not!
At the beginning of the movie, we see a blue building being bombed, apparantly the American Embassy. Actually, this building is the Tsim Sha Tsui Police Station, across the harbour from the American Embassy, which I live near to.
Other mistakes like this:
Chris Tucker walks out of the Yau Ma Tei Police Station. The next minute he is walking in Central and goes into a shop to buy a Chinese suit. Yau Ma Tei and Central are very far apart. Across the harbour in fact!
These mistakes are very obvious to anyone living in Hong Kong. There are many more like it.
Special Requirements:
Copy of Rush Hour 2.

According to the DVD that was the American Embassy in Hong Kong. They even described how they made a miniature of the America Embassy to do the Special Effect.

I can see your point if you are familiar with certain film locations. however I do think it is a film, which is fiction, and they can have any building they want for what ever set they would prefer- isnt that the whole point?
