Sailor Moon - Copy-Cat a Bad Copy-Cat
In the scene where Mali-Mali and Sailor Mars are fighting, Sailor Mars says "Fire Surround!". Instead of Mali-Mali copying her by saying "Fire Surround", it says "Flame Shooter!". At that point in the episode no one even know about Sailor Mars' new power yet...whoops.
