In the end of the laundry detergent woman episode there's Rachel holding the bag of ice over Ross' head. Then a second later Ross is holding the bag himself and when it switches back to them Rachel is again holding the bag.
On the Friends episode, when someone ate Ross's sandwich, Phoebe writes a note for Ross to take to work with him. After she writes the note she places the pencil on the table and picks up her cup, the camera goes to Monica and then back to Phoebe, who is now holding the pencil. Then the camera show everyone in the cafe, and Phoebe is now holding the cup.
