This is in the episode featuring Bob Costas where he announces the "game" between Lewis, Drew, and Oswald where they all compete for that chick. In one scene, Kate comes up to Mimi holding a Manila folder and nothing else. Mimi sells Kate a fake list of excuses. Kate takes it and puts it in front of the folder. Then her boss comes up and asks her to do something. You see the list of excuses behind the folder. You then see Kate from behind and the list is in front where it should be. Finally, when Kate wants to give an excuse to her boss, she opens up the folder to read one and finds it is nothing but a fake list.
