Fast and the Furious, The - Police Patrol Isn't That Good in LA
At the beginning of the 4 car street race in Los Angeles. The person monitoring the police scanner says there is a 187 in Glendale, police are all over it. Glendale is 30+ miles away, the patrols from the street race area wouldn't be responding to the 187 call.

in the movie they said that it had to have been organized, like set up. and that they knew someone was "Talking" or something of that nature.
