Quantum Leap - Not the Right Date
Sam, as Dr. Ruth, gets a call from a woman named Annie who has a problem concerning her boss, who is sexually harassing her. Before Sam could get her full name, she hangs up.
The Slip-Up is: When Sam asks Al to find her by just using her first name, Al explains to Sam that there were 400 women named Annie in the city in 1984. The Leap date where Sam leaped into is 1985!

Maybe the survey of people named Annie was only taken every other year in those days. I know government people come ask about people named Annie just about every day 'round here. (sarcasm anyone?)
