In the episode "Helga's Parrot", Helga leans into the window with a long net. She then precedes to fall into Arnold's room. The net is left on top of the window, which we can clearly see on the closeup of Helga falling. But when she lands, look at the window. The net is gone! Maybe Abner took it.....
