In the part when Gracie gets out of the taxi at the Alamo dome you see Gracie without a sash. Then the scene cuts away and back to Gracie. She then has her sash on.
When Gracie gets out of the taxi she does not have her sash on. But, when they cut back to her it shows Vic helping her get the sash on. It didn't just magically appear.
