In the scene where Indy and the German are fighting on the tank and the tank drives off the cliff, watch the gun turret on top of the tank. When it hits the valley floor and starts to roll, you can see the turret has broken off of the tank. The scene then cuts to Indy's father and Brodi looking down. Then they show the tank rolling to a stop and the turret is back on. Pretty big slip up.
