Craft, The - Photographer, Anyone?
In the scene where Sarah is doing a binding spell on Nancy, she cuts Nancy out of a picture of the four girls and wraps Nancy with ribbon while chanting the spell. Who took the original photo of the girls? One of their mothers? They didn't hang out with anyone else. Why wasn't the picture just of Nancy?

They could have asked someone else to take it. If the picture was taken when they were out around the city, they could have asked a random person on the sidewalk to take it.

Another possibility... A lot of cameras - even some of the older ones - have a delay feature. The camera has to be on a tripod or some other stable surface. You frame the shot, set the delay then (quickly!), get into position before it snaps the picture.
