This one is in the episode where Drew has agreed to try a beer diet and gets a picture of himself on a billboard. When Kate walks up Drew is standing in front of a bus-stop bench with his briefcase sitting on the bench. When Kate walks up and starts to point out the billboard you see Drew's briefcase fall off of the bench and in the next shot its sitting back on the bench.
