OK, at the beginning of one of the Cab Driver MTV ads (parody-ing Alanis Morrisette's "Ironic" Video) you see the Cab Driver from the front and NO ONE is behind him. Then, the camera angle changes and you see a person sitting directly behind the driver. There is no way that the person could be missed from the front view.

p.s. yes, I do know that the same guy plays all the people but they could have been way more careful filming that.
