Go right to the part were Josh and his friends get the University of Austin. Josh gets the mail, and Kyle's father comes in and points a gun at campus security. Then Tiffany enters. Now right before Kyle says to his father, "Leave me alone you jerk", you can clearly see the gun in his hand. Then, about two seconds later, Kyle's father tries to choke him with no trace of the gun.
