When the circus troop agrees to 'help' Flick they fly in the air with Flick, tuck&roll and Rosie on Dim's back. But when Flick is explaining his colony's situation to Tuck and Roll, (who don't understand english)Rosie is no longer on Dim's back to overhear Flicks story. The next scene shows them flying to Ant Island and Rosie is still nowhere to be found. When the finally get to Ant Island, Rosie suddenly re-appears.

How did Rosie get to Ant Island? Hmmmm.....
