Just after Ms. Hannigan opens the door for Daddy Warbucks' secretary, she invites her in and they head down a hallway of children doing chores. At one point, in the background, they pass a girl in pig tails washing a window. It's not hard to miss, if you watch the girl, you can see and hear that she bangs her head on the ledge.
