When Memphis is getting a picture of the car that is being watched by the detectives, they say he is driving a mini-van, and it's "a little late for soccer practice," but later when Johnny B and his gang are shooting out their car, it's totally not a mini-van.
Thats because when the crew delivers a stolen car to the shipyard, they don't always go out again in the same car with the same person. Obviously, Memphis is with Kip when they're getting shot at, not Sway, who was driving the mini-van. You also should have noticed that Memphis and Sway aren't in the mini-van when they get the Lamborghini. So sorry man.
I think that the person who wrote this slip-up meant the part after Memphis and Kip are scouting the Mercedes. You know, when kip asks memphis if he wants to go out somewhere, and Memphis says, "I'd like to get a chocolate malt". Then Johnny B's car drives up behind them and they get shot at.
OK, well you see Kip's car got crushed, but that doesn't mean that he's gonna take one of the mini-vans that are intended for the "job" (I'd really like to know where they came from though) home, he'll take a car he bought of something.
