In the Season Three episode "Anne" during the final fight there is a mistake. While fighting the hell demons, Buffy is wearing a black sweatshirt over a colored t-shirt. At one point the shirt just changes colors. It changes from either blue to purple (or vice versa). Just watch as Buffy turns around near the end of the fight.
