NO. Ottawa is NOT a province of Canada. Ottawa is the capital CITY of Canada; Toronto is another city; they are both in the province of Ontario. That said, it's understandable for an artist on tour to get his cities mixed up.
Oh, you guys! Please leave him alone! I mean, every American is bound to get the provinces and cities of Canada wrong once in their lives. He is young, too and it's probably not what his schoolwork focuses on, you know? Get a life and stop being so condescending!
