On the "Donnie Lightning" episode of Rocket Power, after they find out Donnie is a crock, they walk up to him and challenge him to a skate contest. "The Squid" Sammy goes to the side, and then after it gets on a close-up of Donnie, it shows everyone. Sammy's eyes are missing! This is for only a few seconds. Either someone made a big slip-up, or Sammy is practicing to be World Wrestling Federation's Undertaker, where he puts his pupils inside his head.
