When Pikul takes Alegra away (right after she introduces Existenz at the beginning of the movie,) and then they stop the truck because Alegra asks Pikul to dig the tooth-bullet outta her arm. When they stop, you'll notice that her shirt is down and she has a tank top on. Pikul's hand is on her shoulder the whole time. He takes out the tooth, and then it does a shot of his arm still on her, but her shirt is up, and her tank top has changed.
