This is near the beginning of the movie when Candy and Perlman are driving in their truck with the guy who tries to commit suicide in the back. If you look out Perlman's window at one point, you'll see a train yard with a train parked in it with CN (Canadian National) on the side. They're supposed to be in Niagara Falls New York in this scene when they're obviously in Niagara Falls Ontario.
