When Indy is shown flying in the plane, you see a small part where the plane passes by the Golden Gate Bridge. But according to the year of the movie, the bridge wasn't finished yet.
007 Im not sure if it is a slipup unless you see cars going over the bridge. Construction of the Golden Gate Bridge began
On January 5, 1933. The Bridge was completed and opened to pedestrian traffic on May 27, 1937. It was opened to vehicles May 28, 1937. Since Raiders is based in 1936 most of the bridge probably would have been done. I dont know though it depends on how much the bridge was done as of 1936 and how much you see of it in the movie.
