Wizard of Oz, The - Tears That Aren't so Real
Right before the guard lets Dorothy and the rest of the gang into see the wizard Dorothy begins to cry. The guard begins to cry, but the tears come from the top of his forehead, and all the way down to his mustache.

In this scene in this particular movie isn't a slip up. They had the tears come out of his forehead for laughs. Remember this movie is a fantasy movie. They just wanted to spice it up a bit.
