All through the movie, Alyssa (Joey Lauren Adams) has a shoulder-length hair cut, give or take a little. However, on the cover of the movie or the official movie poster (the one with Alyssa looking at the camera while hugging Ben Affleck), you can plainly see that her hair is much longer than it was at any point in the movie. At one point, I actually thought it wasn't Alyssa, that maybe it was Amy that Bob was talking about!... but it's plainly Joey Lauren Adams, just with a hair style she never had in the movie.
