During Billy's first day of school, the teacher asks the students to say hello to the new student, "Billy." The class responds in a unison "Hello Billy!" If you look closely, you can see a boy in the background mouth the words "Hello Billy Ma..." He was going to say "Hello Billy Madison" but stopped. How did he know Billy's last name?

mara, you're thinking of when he goes into third grade. in first grade (Miss Lippy) she only says, "Billy." The kid probably finished saying, "Billy Madison," but the camera went to a different shot.
