In the scene when the zombies are charging the castle, one of the skeletons yells something along the lines of, "Let lose the dogs of war!!". After this closeup, keep an eye on him as the dummy representing him rides the horse as it charges. Apparently these dummies were pretty flexible because he flies all over the place on that horse! His head just bounces from the front of the horse to the back. Check it out you'll definitely get a laugh.
