Before Imhotep is re-incarnated, one of the baddies is pulling jewel-encrusted scarab beetles off a wall in the tomb. When putting one in his bag, it misses and falls to the floor. The scarab breaks out of the jewels and burrows into his foot. It crawls under his skin and up towards his chest. The baddie rips open his shirt to see the beetle under his skin. He then screams, runs along a passage, runs head-first into a wall and falls to the floor. If you look at his shirt, you will see that it has been fastened and tucked back in! I doubt he did that when he was running along that passage!?!
