Just before the pod-race begins, C3P0 is seen holding Anakin's flag and marching on to the track with the other flag bearers. The camera then goes to a crowd scene, when it comes back two seconds later. C3P0 is missing with Anakin's flag and the rest of the flags are all out of order. Easy to see when your looking for it.
