When Ross is playing the bagpipes to Monica and Chandler so that he could play at their wedding - he plays it horribly and says something like, "come on you know the tune!" And Phoebe lets out this "eeee!" sound. And everyone else besides Phoebe and Ross is supposed to look disgusted but Rachel is the only one trying really hard not to laugh. :)
