In the episode where Jill thinks Brad is having sex with Angela when she's talking to Randy about not having a girl in his room he goes to open the door he slips on the door knob!
Also in the episode where Randy gets his driving license he goes to pull it out his pocket and it doesn't come out the first time!
I don't think that Randy taking two attempts to pull his driver's license out of his pocket was a mistake. It was probably something Jonathan Taylor Thomas did on accident that the directors didn't remove, because stuff like that happens in the real world.
