Goonies, The - Singing Fratelli
When Chunk is escaping from the Fratelli hideout, he runs through the forest and in front of the Fratelli's car. The driver begins to sing opera. As Chunk is grabbed from behind by the other Fratelli, watch the singer's face in the side mirror...he takes a drag from his cigarette while the singing voice continues.

I believe He turns on the radio first, and is singing to the radio, then stops to inhale, while the singing continues...but I may be wrong.
