2001 A Space Odyssey - Unsealed Spacesuit
This was corrected in years later copies. But, look at an earlier copy (easy to find). At the end, when Dave enters the computer control area to disable HAL, look carefully at his hand when he puts it on the hatch to enter the computer module area. There is a 2-3 inch gap, showing bare skin, because his spacesuit glove had disconnected from the spacesuit.

Baring skin in an area with no oxygen doesn't do what it would in a vacuum. If the air support was cut off, unless there was a way to suck it out of the room wihtout opening a hatch, there is still atmosphere. and no vacuum equals no injury from said problem. At least I think so. I'm only in the middle of the eight grade, so bear with me here.
