In the emotional scene where Rambo is talking about his 'nam buddy getting his leg blown off, he mentions that all his friend wanted to do was drive his "58 Camero." Any car buff knows that the Camero was not introduced until the late 60's. I can understand that they did not want to redo that scene since it was pretty powerful.
