My Fair Lady - Mrs. Eynsford-Hill's Mouth
In the beginning before Mrs. Eynsford-Hill says, "Freddy go and find a cab!" she walks by with him wearing a fur and she says, "Freddy, go and find a cab! Do you want me to catch pneumonia?". But she is smiling and the words do not match her lips. Then there are a few shot changes and Freddy runs into the street and runs into Eliza.

Dubbing error. Consider how crowded the scene was; there's no way they could have recorded the dialogue while they were shooting the scene, even if they were in the habit of doing so (which I don't think they were; I think they did all their dialogue recording in studio).
