I'm not sure if this was supposed to happen, but in one of the parts where everyone is dancing, you can see Columbia's boob pops out of her dress and she continues to dance with it like that!!!
I think this was meant to happen, as if you look closely, you can see that the same thing has happened to Janet. Also, since the offending item stays out during the rest of the scene, it was deliberate.
Also, during the scene when Frank says, "Even smiling makes my face hurt", and Columbia pulls her shirt down (right before she's turned into a statue), you cans see her nipple poke out of the hole on her right breast.
In the "Rose Tints My World" scene, when Columbia's boobs pop out, when they show the close-up towards the end of her part, you can see her subtly trying to push up the corset to cover up. Also, after Frank turns Dr.Scott, Brad and Janet into statues, and Columbia is telling him off, when she pulls down her pajama top, her nipple pops out of a hole in it. You have to watch closely to see it, but it happens.
The reason why she was readjusting herself when Riff Raff and Magenta burst in, is because she just "woke up" from Frank's spell. If you didn't notice, they were all being controlled, hence, Brad trying to take over his body again. When the song "rose tint my world" was on, it was obvious he was trying to regain control. ie, legs shaking, "whats come over me". Frank liked Columbia and Janet to be uh, showing.
Since in one scene of the move it shows statues of the characters completely nude, i don't think it make much of a difference if you can see Columbia's breast at various times during the movie. Also, if they didn't want he breasts to be shown, they wouldn't have made the characters wear such reveling outfits.
There is also another place during touch me when magenta and columbia are playing on the bed, just before the tank. When magenta grabs columbia and the next just after that.
No this was not supposed to happen! :P It doesn't happen in the scenes after because she goes and pulls it back up. :P Nothing she could really do about it while dancing! :P
