X-Files, The - Jumping Chess Board
In the season finale (I think it is anyways) when Mulder and Scully discover the alien/human kid that can read minds, he (the kid) is playing chess against a chess master at the beginning. The kid's opponent gets shot, and he knocks the chess board onto the floor, but then it's miraculously back on the table!
(I wouldn't normally make a point of posting this sort of thing, but it's REALLY obvious if you watch the episode)

yeah, actually that one stuck out like a sore thumb for me, and i noticed it right away. normally i would defend the x-files and come up with some reason a slip-up would work in the realm of the x-files, but this was defiantly a slip-up. maybe mulder can come up with another one of his psychokenesis theories for this one!

Actually, if you watch the episode carefully, you will notice that the chess board spins around but does not fall on the floor. You may have to watch it several times, but I assure you, that's what happens. Sorry to disappoint you, but there's no slip-up here!
