In the film, Chuck Norris somehow escapes from Vietnam and enters Thailand through a bridge. The problem is, Thailand never bordered Vietnam, so how he get to Thailand is anyone's guess. (Maybe the bridge crossed over the coutries between Thailand and Vietnam, though I doubt it)
