Rogaine commercials - Thanks Who?
I can't believe no one's posted this one yet...anyway, for the past year Rogaine (the male pattern baldness remedy) has been advertising it's "stronger than heredity," with the guy in the commercial thanking/blaming his father for the condition. Well, unfortunately, the gene for baldness is carried by women, not men, so he should be thanking mom for this (and yes, women can go bald but not to the degree of men). So there you have it.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but males going bald is not transmitted through their mothers. It has been proven many times, especially in my family, that male pattern baldness through their mothers is not true all the time.

Actually, you are both wrong. Male pattern baldness depends on the mother's male family. And there you have it.
