Look at the end after Henry has turned the device to listen to Eliza's voice. After he sits down in the chair look to the left. You can see a shadow. It appears to be a camera. Right after that you see Eliza come from around the corner and walk in. Since she was around the corner we know it was her shadow and no one else was seen entering the room.
